Job Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager to oversee and manage our end-to-end logistics and production operations. This includes materials management, warehouse operations, inventory management, production oversight, logistics coordination, quality management, and resource management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of our products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, and pick-and-pack for deliveries.
• Lead and drive lean initiatives and projects to achieve productivity gains and cost reduction. Implement effective shop floor management.
• Oversee all coordination and workflow management with third-party logistics for import/export, customs matters, and last-mile deliveries in accordance with service level agreements.
• Responsible for resource and capacity planning, allocation to optimize operation deliverable, cost, and productivity. Manage cost control and budget planning related to operational matters.
• Lead and drive projects and strategic measures as required.
• Ensure proper inventory control for stock accuracy, scrapping, storage, and accountability.
• Collaborate with the local quality lead to ensure compliance with local quality management systems, develop and implement standardized processes for daily tasks, quality control, and assurance in operation, and manage all logistic and production non-conformity processing, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Oversee the production of cylinders, drives, and customer solution production in accordance with standards and in close collaboration with the Engineering/Quality team.
• Handle material master maintenance, stock planning, and ordering of all components and raw materials for production.
• Accountable for the overall quality, cost, and delivery key performance indicators. Responsible for the performance management and development of all staff under operation.

Job Requirements:

• Good in written and verbal English.
• 5+ years experience in logistics and warehouses.
• Experienced in production manufacturing is preferred.
• Experienced in export import knowledge is a must.
• 2+ years of logistics or supply chain leadership experience.
• Bachelor degree.
• Experineced in handling warehouses is a must.
• Proficiency in SAP is a must.
