Import Export Staff Jobs

The person we are looking for will be responsible :
• For monitoring and handling of the documentation
process for customs clearance and forwarding
• For coordinating inbound shipments to ensure that the imported products will be delivered to our customers as planned.
• Communicate daily with agents, carriers and customs regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure timely shipments, prepare the necessary documents, and update our internal system
• Create Outward and Inward Manifests
• Maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Minimum bachelor's degree, any major
- Have work experience of minimum 2 years in the same position / the same field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to create and input manifest data
- Able to work in a team
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to resolve problems
- Able to maintain good communication with customers and partners
