Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Negotiation and communication with buyers to arrange delivery schedules
  • Store and archive documents
  • Making periodic reports related to Export and Import to related departments
  • Monitor delivery status
  • Handling technical problems in the field and trucking operations for loading and unloading activities
  • Checking Export and Import documents: Packing List, Invoice, SI (HS Code, Shipping Instruction, BL , COO, PIB, PEB, COA, PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE, HC)
  • Check and fill in the required documents correctly and in accordance with applicable regulations


Qualifications

  • Fluent in english
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing or any related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Detail orientated, especially regarding numbers, logic and analytics
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or any related field
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable in import-export regulations
