Currently (O-I Glass, Inc.) open career opportunity in Supply Chain Department for an Export Import Specialist role at O-I Indonesia namely coordinate, manage logistics, ensure compliance and efficient export & import process. Responsibilities:

• Check all Vendor Invoices and ensure all amounts are tie up with agreed rate.
• Monitor export & import delivery activities and entry data on SAP.
• Provide total logistics cost comparison prior shipment execution.
• Ensure shipping process according to plan.
• Filing all export & import documentation and make it accessible to other department.
• Handle goods traffic in export/import activity and arrangement.
• Prepare export & import documents (Shipping Instruction, PIB/PEB, Invoice, Packing List & VGM).
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.

Work Location:

Cakung, East Jakarta

Requirements

A. Qualifications

• Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodology and related applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in other fields are also welcome with at least 2 years of customs compliance experience.
• Understanding of logistics documents, process and flow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with Power User strength and capability in Excel.
• Understanding of customs compliance and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent work standards, planning/organization and follow-up skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability required.
• Understand of Incoterm terminology
• Exposure to large integrated software systems (ERP, SAP).
