An internship program specifically designed for the best digital talents to hone their skills by studying the entire process of creating and developing digital products.

:

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Monitor employee performance and make report to stakeholder
• Plan & prepare an assessment, event for learning and development, and event for employee engagement
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
• Administrate employee database and company document
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview, onboarding)

Requirement:

• Preferably have experience in Human Resource
• Experienced in managing event, maintain people relation, conduct assessment is a plus
• Fresh Graduate/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Communicativeandlove to meet people regularly; bright and extraverted person
• Willing to WFO in Bandung (Mon-Fri, 9AM - 5PM)
