Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze HR data from various sources, including employee records, performance evaluations, etc.

• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within HR data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver accurate and timely reports.

• Develop and maintain HR dashboard, reports, and metrics that provide valuable insights into workforce trends.

• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR analytics to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related major.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of HR processes and principles is a plus.
