Health Safety Environment Coordinator

We are hiring for HSE Coordinator (Based on Project).

this position will be placed in Palembang, so please note that the selection process will be carried out in Palembang.

Qualifications :

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree

-Good English skills as this is multi-national project

min. 2 years of (construction)site experience, pulp mills preferred as well as international projects/sites (not only local projects/companies)

-Certified as AK3U is a must and having another safety license is preferred.

good knowledge of international scaffolding safety regulation (because most site safety problems in Indonesia are caused by poor scaffolding)

-Strong willingness to push Customer’s HSE in case of deviations

-Provides field HSE support and guidance throughout all activities.

-Ensure compliance with local regulatory HSE requirements.

-Ensure compliance with contract HSE requirements.

-Enforces company policies and procedures.

-Assists teams to deliver an exemplary HSE performance.

-Liaises with all stakeholders in order to be aware and educate the workforce on HSE news & update

-Assists teams in identifying hazards, assessing risks, and identifying relevant controls to manage and reduce these risks to ALARP;

-Carry out and follow up on workplace assessments

-Take part in relevant investigations as directed as root cause or technical specialist

-Document control and HSE reporting
