Responsibilities :

• Maintaining & achieving Leading & Lagging safety indicators as per company policy and objectives
• Active support on building stronger SHE Culture & Presence at the workplace
• Maintain Safety and Environment Compliance level

Job Requirement:

• Perseverance, tough-mindedness and ability to influence
• Demonstrates strong team working abilities and commitment
• Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment.
• Holds a certificate of AK3 (Ahli K3 Umum)
• Good analytical skills, soft skills, business orientation and ability to influence the business partners
• Having a minimum 5 year(s) of experience in manufacturing industry handling plant or factories safety/K3 procedure, environmental management, and regulation
• Candidate should hold Bachelor / Master's degree from reputable university
• Ability to communicate in both Bahasa and English (written & verbal)
