PT. Rezka Nayatama is a manufacturing company engaged in Agribusiness & Trading. This company has been established since 1989 in Jakarta looking for potential candidates to fill vacancies as:

Head of Production & Maintenance

Qualification:

  • Have the ability to analyze the work of production machines and solve problems in the production process
  • ATMI Surakarta Polytechnic graduates are preferred
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Have experience in a manufacturing company for at least 2 years in the same field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as head of production
  • Able to manage the team well
  • Having strong leadership
  • Able to master Ms. Office
  • Operational Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Willing to be placed in Lombok and willing to join as soon as possible
  • Able to calculate production capacity (Machine and Manpower) and implementation in the field
  • Minimum education S1 Mechanical Engineering


Job description:

  • Create annual budgets and planning.
  • Ensuring the production process runs smoothly according to the targeted OEE
  • Consistently running 5S in the production area
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PPIC and Plantation to make production planning
  • Carrying out continuous improvement to increase productivity and production cost efficiency
  • Monitor and evaluate departmental performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
