Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Legal guardian of High-Risk Contracts in the end-to-end process to ensure the achievement of business win with strong mitigation of legal risk without compromising integration & governance
  • Analyzing existing regulations & pending legislation to translate into business opportunity and partnering with Sales & Delivery to explore monetization
  • Public policy advocacy by leveraging law makers and shaping existing & pending legislations to supportive for Sigma's business aspiration


Qualifications

  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
  • Experienced in Information & Communication Technology Industry for minimum of 5 years
  • Have personal value of AKHLAK (AMANAH, KOMPETEN, HARMONIS, LOYAL, ADAPTIF, KOLABORATIF)
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Experienced in handling Legal Comercial
  • Fast understanding in IT product knowledge
  • Able to work as team or independently
