Head Baker (Production) Jobs

Responsibilities

• Strictly aware to food safety laws and standarts while preparing bakery products
• Leading, training and develop SOP
• Constantly oversees product quality and make necessary modifications and creating recipe
• Prepare fillings and decorating
• Bake breads, rolls, pastries, pies, cookies, cakes and other item
• Ensure total customer satisfaction through baking of delicious bakery product
• Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery
• Mixing ingredients, roll and cut or otherwise shape the dough

Qualifications

• Have experience as Leader Production min. 3 years
• Have a good experience make bread, rolls, pastries, pies, cookies, cakes and a variety of savory dishes in western and Indonesian food
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details, accuracy and good problem solving skills
• Have knowledge in baking process, start from measuring, mixing ingredients, roll and cut or otherwise shape the dough according to the specifications of the recipe.
