Job Description
The Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-location setting.
•In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and industry best practises.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
•Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems
•Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
•A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
