Assistant Bar Manager - Rock Bar Ayana

AYANA Hospitality is seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at Rock Bar AYANA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Bar Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Rock Bar AYANA, ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service while enjoying their favorite beverages. You will also be responsible for managing the bar staff, overseeing inventory and ordering, and maintaining the bar's cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage the bar staff, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to guests
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, and vendors
• Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Rock Bar AYANA
• Ensure that the bar's cleanliness and safety standards are met and maintained at all times
• Oversee cash handling and accounting procedures for the bar
• Ensure that inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner
• Assist with scheduling and payroll as needed

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including wines, beers, and cocktails
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with inventory management and ordering systems
