Graphics Specialist Jobs

Backslash Creative Nusantara are currently seeking a highly creative and dedicated Graphics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both bitmap and vector software graphics design software, and the ability to create visually captivating designs that align with our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize bitmap and vector software for the creation of images and graphics material.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements, and deliver graphics that align with their needs.
• Develop and design unique and creative graphics that meet business objectives and client needs.
• Ensure all graphic elements, branding, and interactive pieces are consistent and meet the quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our designs remain competitive.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Proven experience as a Graphics Specialist or similar role.
• Have portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
• Proficiency in bitmap and vector software graphics design software in of the following such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Affinity Designer, etc.
• Decent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Figma.
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor Page Builder.
• Familiarity with web design principles and practices.
• Understanding of UI/UX design.

While the ability to design and implement webpages is not mandatory, it is highly desirable and will be a strong advantage.
