Job Description

Lowongan Apartemen Receptionist


Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

1. Menyambut / menerima tamu sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku

2. Melakukan penerimaan barang / paket sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku

3. Bertanggung jawab atas ketertiban dan kebersihan ruang lobby tempat bekerja

4. Mampu membina hubungan yang baik dengan tenant

5. Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift


Syarat:

1. D3 atau sederajat

2. Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik

3. Ramah dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan

4. Fasih berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris

5. Mampu membuat laporan dengan rapi dan jelas; menggunakan Word / Excel

6. Berpenampilan rapi dan bersedia mengikuti standar penampilan perusahaan
