Job Description
Gapok: IDR 1.5M/month
Bonus: IDR 100K/person* (unlimited)
:
1. Looking for and contacting potential talent candidates through various sources especially TikTok LIVE media with your personal accounts, the target is to REACH 60 people per day.
2. Monitor and build relationships with talents who have successfully joined the Starlink Management Agency in order to achieve a minimum *target duration and diamond bonus.
3. Fill out daily reports and monthly reviews related to work.
4. Ensuring that the talent target is successful in joining the Starlink Management Agency, target Talent Join : 40 people per month.
If necessary :
1. Possibility (maybe yes/no) to do LIVE streaming on our Starlink Management account or your own account on TikTok for the purposes of Agency promotion and recruiting potential talent candidates 1x/week.
Requirements :
1. Understand LIVE Streaming on TikTok and preferably have experience in similar applications (DEEP UNDERSTANDING ABOUT TIKTOK LIVE HOSTS AND HOW LIVE STREAMING WORKS ON TIKTOK!)
2. Be active on social media and TikTok.
3. Have a good Instagram account (minimum 3k followers, there are feed posts)
4. Have experience to convince and convey information well in inviting people to join.
