Job Description
  • Develop and manage budgets for the F&B department
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Develop and implement effective F&B strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and innovations in F&B
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service, such as the kitchen, team sales & marketing


General Requirements:

  • Proven career track in hotel industry
  • Highly motivated, FRIENDLY & good COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • Able to performance in a highly dynamic environment & work as a team
  • Have experience in the same position min 2 years
