JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


To get a great sale with excellent customer service and ensure the customer get an outstanding experience when visiting the restaurant and they will return as loyal customer.

Monitoring all operational in floor operations and Bar Dept. is going excellence and working with team.

Control and responsible for all check list are done and all training is implemented good and consistency.

Ensuring staff abides and meet the service standard. At all times, are expected to be attentive and observe the overall atmosphere of the restaurant whilst maintaining strong teamwork.

Make appraisal performance every 3 month

Training/ Product Knowledge like table manner, customer service or handle customer

Good attitude and discipline for all staff with no late absence record

Work with visitors to ensure satisfaction

Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting

Handle Operational management tasks in all section in floor are going smooth

Review and evaluates customer satisfaction and sequence of service

Represent the company in handling complaints or resolving grievances

Active and always maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, recheck order, asking satisfaction needs.

Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the restaurant (including toilet, staff room and storage

Conduct and oversee Daily critical inventory thoroughly and effectively

Check and control reporting and following up any broken equipment’s items within the restaurant

Minim lost & breakages and good result for monthly inventory

Check and send daily shift reports to manager group, noting all the achievements from the day, planning for the next day and any challenges including staff and customer
