• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and the capacity to make decisions and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Able to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales and optimize the product.
• Understanding customer needs, managing sales processes, and handling various operational aspects.
