Fit-Out Executive - Real Estate (B-93366)

About The Company:

• Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking forFit-Out Executive. The working venue is inJakarta Pusat.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning schedule.
• Make blueprint (AutoCAD).
• Other related tasks as assigned
• Present the work to customer.
• Office design based on customer request (make a design from customer's image).

Job Requirements:

• Have basic knowledge of civil, interior, especially MEP of buildings.
• Business level English.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field (Interior Contractor, General Contractor, Construction Management and Consultant, Building Management, etc.)
• Proficient to use MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Coreldraw/Photoshop.
• Preferably able to speak Japanese.
• Good in Developing Construction & Interior Design.
• Experience with handling clients, and/or managing design and/or supervising construction.
• Quick, precise, flexible personality, able to work in a team, and willing to learn.
• Hold Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent from reputable university.
• Experience in managing Fit-Out work in (preferably grade A) office buildings.
• Able to read design and construction drawings, make cost calculations, make a work schedule, etc.

Salary: 6,000,000 - 9,000,000 IDR nett (based on candidate's skill and experience)
