FINANCE & ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE
Requirements
- Having minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance
- Experience in utilizing Accounting systems
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures & accounting regulations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Ms. Excel
- Agile, proactive & initiative person
- Proficient in QuickBooks will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills & able to work in a dynamic start-up environment
Work Scope
- Supporting data for tax reconciliation: You will assist in gathering and organizing financial data to support the tax reconciliation process. This involves ensuring that financial records are accurate and complete, and providing necessary documentation for tax compliance purposes.
- Distributing WHT (Withholding Tax) slip to vendors: You will handle the distribution of withholding tax slips to vendors in accordance with tax regulations. This involves ensuring that the correct amount of tax is withheld and providing the necessary documentation to vendors for their tax reporting.
- Account Receivable recap & collection: You will maintain a recap of outstanding accounts receivable, monitoring payments from clients, and following up on any overdue payments. This includes communicating with clients to resolve any payment issues and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely collection.
- Document filing: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining financial documents and records. This includes properly filing invoices, receipts, bank statements, and other financial documents for easy retrieval and reference
- Handling day-to-day & monthly entries to the system: You will be responsible for recording and processing financial transactions on a regular basis. This includes tasks such as recording expenses, revenues, and other financial data into the company's accounting system.
- Preparing sales invoices for clients in Indonesia, India, & the United States: You will be responsible for creating and issuing sales invoices to clients in different countries. This involves accurately calculating and documenting the sales amounts, applying appropriate taxes, and ensuring invoices are sent to clients in a timely manner.
