Facilities & Office Management Manager

Qualifications:

• Able to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Have at least 7 - 8 years of experiences in related field
• Experienced in working with cross-function teams within all levels
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• Familiar with building maintenance needs, starting from planning maintenance schedules for building system to monitoring execution and also evaluating

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting the building for any sign of damage
• Overseeing the building maintenance on a regular basis
• Performing routine building inspections and producing condition reports
• Preparing emergency plans and systems
• Preparing budgets and monitoring costs
• Answering all the queries and complaints
• Examining the completed and on-going jobs at the building
• Handling day-to-day activities of the building
