Facilities Engineering Manager Jobs

Job Purpose :

Responsible for managing the operations multi-disciplined engineering team including process, mechanical, electrical, instrument & control, chemist and executing short term and long term programs supporting the requirements of LNG terminal and regasification facilities to achieve target reliability, availability, and operation safely.

:

• Manage engineering documentations to support safe, reliable and efficient operations and maintenance
• Provide engineering support to ensure operations team operate facilities within safe operating limits
• Provide support on facilities monitoring and surveillance to ensure delivery of send-out gas meet quality and quantity requirement to satisfy operations agreement
• Assisting to develop operations strategies, procedures and provide support or take a lead on start up.
• Provide support on facility maintenance in order to achieve the highest Reliability & Availability,
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring Asset Integrity,
• Develop, planning, and managing contract agreements with the 3rd parties Technical Support Services,
• Ensuring engineering technical integrity and standards have been addressed in accordance with procedures & standards, and good practices.
• Provide discipline engineering operational support in the form of plant performance review, troubleshooting and engineering technical advice in daily basis in order to achieve optimum operation safely
• Provide and/or coordinate technical studies in the areas of Process Safety Management including engineering process plant safety and environmental impact

Qualification :

• Desirable: LNG or Oil & Gas engineering management leadership
• Experience in providing engineering support for LNG plant, LNG terminal or Oil & Gas facility operations
• Extensive knowledge in LNG plant, LNG terminal or Oil & Gas facilities engineering support preferably more than 10 years.
• Good communication skill both verbal and in writing in English
• Strong leadership to inspire & leading facilities engineering team and ability to develop professional relationships at all levels.
• Good computer skills, be able to operate Microsoft Office, and any related system such as Hysis
• Preferred experience as an engineering manager / team lead for LNG plant, LNG terminal, or Oil & Gas facility
• Engineering Degree, preferably process engineering, mechanical, Electrical or Instrument. Has an extensive knowledge and a record of success in applying engineering skills to solve operational / design issue at LNG plant, LNG terminal or Oil & Gas facilities
• Ability to effectively collaborate in a cross functional environment, motivate and inspire a team.
• Demonstrate good engineering works to support LNG plant, LNG terminal or Oil and Gas Facilities
• Experience in providing training or coaching to engineer
