Export Import & Logistic Jobs

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to drive the development and success of our Supply Chain Department. As Export-Import & Logistics, you’ll be responsible for the preparation of import and export documents in compliance with customs and government regulations for all supply chain management duties including selecting carriers, researching shipping methods, assessing budgets, and organizing storage for our EV production.

• Monitor and update all information on import and export activities and make reports
• Coordination for logistics and local transportation
• Responsible and able to solve problems related to export and import activities
• Research and recommend local shipping agents and logistics or transportation agents.
• Manage end-to-end export/import handling documents (including BL, COO, PIB & PEB, invoices, and packing lists) and documentation process.
• Prepare all import and export documents according to government regulations and requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate well with shipping agents, customs, customers, and partners.

Candidate Requirement:

• Able to work with a team and have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills
• Able to work carefully, and deftly, multitasking, independently and under pressure
• Having a PPJK certificate / Customs Expert will be an advantage
• Experience in the field of import and export for at least 3 years, automotive import will be preferred
• Actively mastering English both spoken and written
• Willing to monitor work after working hours
• Experience in the process of homologation/vehicle-type testing will be a plus
• Mastery of Mandarin will be a plus
• Have good knowledge and skills in export import procedures and related regulations, such as PIB/PEB, import regulations, and restrictions (PI, PERTEK, Lartas, etc.), HS Code, Customs audit, taxation, transportation of goods, logistics, etc.
