Export Import (Exim) Analyst

Tanggung jawab

• Handle export of returnable packages
• Maintain communication with forwarder, Customs Office, MoI, MoT
• Monitor and prepare import quota
• Prepare and submit import realization report to government (MoI, MoT, MoF)
• Understand HS Code, Lartas, COO and all regulations related to Exim
• Handle PIB, PEB, Notul and Customs Audit
• Prepare and submit import license to government (MoT, MoI, MoF)
• Handle renewal of SNI license
• Familiar with INSW, Inatrade, Siinas, KSO Sucofindo, OSS System
• Manage and control air and sea shipments

Kualifikasi

• Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
• Minimum Bachelor degree from all major
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in Export, Import and Government Relation fields
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Having passed Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan will be an advantage
• Having experience in leading a team
• Able to work well under pressure
• Familiar working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
