Executive Remuneration Consultant Leader

In this role, you get to lead the business as a market or solution leader to achieve business goal and contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients.

You can also look forward to:

• Act as a strategic business partner and be a trusted advisor to the client, focus on expanding the business and client relationships especially with the key people, specifically on Executive Remuneration related areas.
• Act as a technical expert in one or more of the HR solutions or act as industry expert.
• Perform as an effective leader and coach to the more junior consultants.
• Lead large size/complex project and accountable for project delivery such as timeline, work approach and stakeholder communication etc, in order to ensure the project management on time, quality and budget, specifically on Executive Remuneration related areas.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who has excellent interpersonal skills with client centricity and growth mindset, high analytical thinking and strong oral and written communication skills. In addition, we also require you to have:

• Good organization & time management skills with the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
• Relevant experience of min. 10 years, preferably with client servicing experience and in depth knowledge in "Executive Remuneration areas" or more of HR related areas or industry, HR consulting experience would be highly valued.
• Strong project management skills with advanced problem solving skills and attention to details
• Bachelor or Master Degree from any discipline. A Master’s degree holder would be highly valued.
