• Compile and develop Sustainability Report content by GRI, IIRC, SASB, UNGC, and SDGs.
• Developing Sustainability / ESG implementation practices in companies.
• Research sustainability (global issues and trends, new ESG/sustainability frameworks), review ESG reports, and suggest best practices for companies.
• Support ESG qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis of Sustainability Reports, development of sustainability strategies, and external ratings.
• Develop Sustainability / ESG messages for external stakeholder communication (Press releases, social media, presentations).

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work in Sunter, Jakarta Utara.
• Have excellent report-writing skills and an analytical approach.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English (Reading - Speaking - Writing) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same field, preferably from Multifinance company
• Have expertise in the design of both photos and videos (extra points).
• Able to work both independently and as part of a multinational team.
• Having minimum 2 years experience in preparing Sustainability Reporting (GRI, IIRC, SSAB, UNGC, and SGDs) and External Rating Assessment.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in various majors.
