Job responsibilities:

The main responsibilities are numerous and include:

• Contact, visit, and build partnership with property developers
• Meet with your clients in person and via telephone and find out about your client's property needs, including what their budget is and what type of property they can afford.
• Respect your client's right to confidentiality and follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate property advice
• Be ethical and realistically assess which type of property is most suitable for each client.
• Build property database
• Keep up to date with new property regulations
• By proactive as you will need to meet sales targets, and develop relationships
• Escort clients for viewing the property they are interested in

Additional responsibilities

LetsMoveIndonesia is the official partner of Social Expat, assistance with promoting events, hosting and helping with marketing enquiries is mandatory.
