About Our Client
Our client is a major palm oil company with plantations throughout Indonesia. Currently they are rapidly expanding and looking to onboard senior professionals with operational background such as: engineering manager, mill manager, estate manager, agronomist, operation manager, technical professionals to join their ranks in Kalimantan.

• Technical roles: Contribute your technical skills to enhance various aspects of our plantation and production, from agronomy to environmental sustainability, and help us push the boundaries of responsible palm oil production.
• Engineering Professionals: Bring your technical expertise to our client. From maintenance to innovation, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of their plantation infrastructure.
• Estate Managers: Manage and optimize palm oil estates, overseeing cultivation, compliance, and community engagement to drive sustainable growth
• Mill Managers: Lead milling operations, overseeing production, quality, and safety standards to meet growing demands while maintaining commitment to sustainable practices

The Successful Applicant

• Excellent communication and leadership skill
• Local hire
• Willing to be based in Kalimantan
• Degree is respective fields such as engineering, agronomy/agriculture
• 3-5 years with similar experience in their respective technical areas
• Continuous learning mindset with problem solving skill
