Job Description

The role will support to the Area Coordinator in the construction of a PVC ( Polyvinyl Chloride) Plant to ensure a quality installation of the plant while meeting technical specifications and budgetary and schedule constraints


:

  • Conduct plant construction site surveys. Identify any irregularities, then analyze these observations as part of the process to improve system blueprints.
  • Support Area Coordinator in the presentation of cost management and designs issues to improve on the parameters of the project’s budget, schedule and design.
  • Support Plant Engineering and Construction activities.
  • Engage vendors proactively to address issues.


General Requirements:

  • Has technical understanding of machinery and equipment. Knowledge of quality control required for equipment life.
  • Possess some working knowledge in the PVC Operation Process.
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years proven experience in the Chemical Industry with 1 year in PVC Plants.
  • Has advanced understanding of technological solutions in this market.
  • Familiar with HSE programs with working understanding of instrumentation and control engineering standards
