this job's desription includes

· To design, make BOQ, install and complete testing and commission for such system.

· To provide trouble shooting and maintainance for such system.

· To be an active participant in developing, planning and implementing such system's Support and Training.

· To train users and provide support for such system.

· Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.

· Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.

· Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

· Researching, developing and modifying solutions to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.

· Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.

Qualifications

· Degree in Computer Science\Information Technology\Electrical Engineering

Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar or related role

· Have good work ethics and could work in a team.

· Could be flexible to work after office hours.

· Fluent in English speaking and writing.

· Have driving license.
