Kiddu is looking for a passionate Edu-Tutor Intern to join our team. This is a full time Internship position, in which, you will be able to learn first-hand about a real start-up world, along with all the rich hands-on experience.Are you somebody that can take instructions and run with them independently? Internship Information

Requirements

• Enjoys working in dynamic, tech savvy, and fast-paced environments
• Available for 6 months
• Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology or in similar field from a reputable university
• Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, strong communication skills, detail oriented, and exceed beyond expectation
• Experienced in working with children from age 4-8 years old
• Have an interest in educational psychology
• Can start immediately
• Have your own laptop with strong internet connection

• Diagnosing student needs through active listening techniques and questioning strategies
• Working with students to help them understand key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom
• Reviewing classroom or curricula topics and assignments
• Building meaningful connections with students from diverse backgrounds
• Conducting practice tests to track progress and identify areas of improvement
• Providing students positive and constructive feedback
• Instructing students over video chat
• Teaching skills to improve academic performance, including study strategies, note-taking skills and approaches to answering test questions
• Designing differentiated learning goals
• Recognizing different learning styles and student preferences
• Offering feedback on progress to students’ parents where appropriate

Duration & Working Hours

• 6 months, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
