Emerhub is looking for a Branch Manager of Emerhub in Bali.

This responsibilities within the roles includes:

Profit and loss

• Developing and monitoring financial and operational plans
• Maximising profits and the return on investment in Emerhub Bali.

Operations and expansions

• Supporting the marketing team in creating content about doing business in Bali
• Delivering industry-standard results to our clients
• Ensuring that product quality and service standards are met in all areas
• Hiring, training, and overseeing sales and delivery teams and branch managers

Compliance

• Ensuring the branch office meets internal operating standards
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

Requirements

• A strong understanding of the Bali market
• Minimum of 5-7 years of P&L management experience at a B2B company
• A proven track record that demonstrates strong organizational and leadership skills
• University degree or substantial working experience abroad
