Digital Marketing Trainer Jobs

Komerce aims to become an aspiring fast-growing tech-startup company in Central Java. Our mission is to become an end-to-end e-commerce enabler and we start with three SME's main problem areas which are a team (Komtim), shipping management (Komship) & warehouse (Kompack).

1st, we connect skilled e-commerce talent with SMEs to be hired & helped to improve online sales performance as an e-commerce remote team. It can create cost efficiency up to 3x lower than recruiting in-house teams caused of remote methods and talent sourced from tier 2 districts that have affordable salaries. This product is named Komtim.

2nd, we connect big shipping companies & SMEs to simplify order shipping, pickup, and withdrawal COD payment, it makes it easy for online sellers to get expedition services “plug & play”. It can increase sales by 20%-40% due to the availability of payment and expedition options. This product is named Komship.

3rd, we connect unutilized house owners in a big city with SMEs to become a warehousing aggregator platform that stores SMEs' products with last-mile delivery with zero rental fees. SMEs can reach customers closer & faster. It can create cost efficiency of up to 50% & time saving of up to 1-2 days. This product is named Kompack.

Compared to the other competitors, Komerce has a complete SME e-commerce operation & integrated system of one another products.

That's where you come in: we are looking for an experienced digital marketing coach to join our growing team Komtim to train talent so they are competent in the digital marketing field.

We Will Work Together with You To:

1. Prepare the training process from preparation to implementation

2. Updating the current curriculum and transferring knowledge to all talents

3. Conduct all types of training related to digital marketing and improving digital marketing skills

4. Evaluate training results and be able to improve talent skill standards

Requirement:

1. Have good public speaking skill

2. Experienced in all Digital Marketing strategies specially in Tiktok

3. Creative and analytical thinking

4. Full-time & onsite in Purbalingga, Central Java

5. Applicants from BARLINGMASCAKEB districts are preferable
