Gema Consult are seeking a highly-spirits & self-motivated candidates for our retail industry client in Bali area asDigital Marketing Specialist


:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, the responsibility will be managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns for the company. Collaborating with the management team to develop strategies, execute campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing results. In this role, a key part in driving online visibility, increasing brand awareness, and achieving marketing objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  3. Create and optimize engaging content for digital platforms, such as website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools and generate reports to measure KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and alignment in brand messaging and customer experience.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and tactics.
  3. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and optimization techniques.
  4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  5. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Creativity, innovation, and the ability to think outside the box.
  8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
