Location: South Jakarta, Pesanggrahan - Petukangan Selatan

Responsibilities:

Generate more traffic and leads to e-commerce

Create a funnel strategic plan to optimize sales & AIDA

Maintaining and building systems for digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, CPAS)

Maintain e-commerce social media with the internal team, freelancers, and other third-parties

Do research internally and brands (market share, competitors, etc.)

Brainstorming about strategic plans and campaigns with other departments

Copywrite the emails, website, e-commerce, etc

Partnership with parties

Make sure the KPI (key performance indicator) is derived on time and effectively

Generate interesting content and confidence to lead a creative team

Candidate Requirements and Skills

• Digital marketing skills
• Critical thinking and research-based decision
• Understand basic design
• Live in Jakarta
• A problem solver with a can-do spirit with the ability to think strategically and laterally
• Solid knowledge of analytics/campaign performance measurement as well to set strategic KPI
• Data-driven and tech savvy
• High network with other marketers
• Having min 2+ experience as a marketing/brand/product strategist or similar role
• Creative and high-initiative
• Have high negotiation skills and communication skills
• Experiences running successful integrated marketing campaigns and a real thirst for the marketing ecosys;
