Digital Marketing Jobs

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for the management of our digital infrastructure and footprint - from handling our social media marketing, website to our Branding Portofolio. Whilst at it, you will also be involved in both lead generation and customer order intake.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing department to conduct promotions for our products.
• Utilize various lead generation tactics, such as email marketing, content marketing, social media outreach, and online events.
• Assist in the creation of Digital & Physical Customer Journey Experience.
• Optimize website content, user experience, and search engine visibility to drive organic traffic and conversions.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys based on the targeted hypothesis & subjective POV.
• Monitor and handle daily ad-hoc social media enquiry and website traffic.
• Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms to attract and retain target audience.
• Conduct data analytics and mining based on the raw data received from the digital platform and database.
• Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel, collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from marketing to sales.
• Develop branding toolkits such as product portfolio, company profile and video contents in showcasing our company and products.

Qualification:

• Have experience in creating Product Catalog and Company Profile commercially is a plus point
• Have experience in Market Research / Customer Funnel / Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning (STP) Project is a plus point
• Min. Education S1 Marketing, Marketing Communication, IT, Computer Science, Consumer Behavior
• Able to operate any generative AI software, such as: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Wordpress, Hadoop, Figma
• Willing to WFO in Tangerang
