Job Description

Abyaktama is a Digital Marketing and other supporting services company established in December 2019. Abyaktama has helped more than 100+ companies for their growth and develop effective content to reach their goals in handling digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and other key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and provide timely reporting on campaign performance.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings (SEO).
  • Recommend and implement measurement solutions or A/B test to help understand the impact of media campaigns make on targeted audience, the business in general. Continuously check on effectiveness of media and creative strategy.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytical tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular analysis of Google Ads campaigns to optimize performance, increase conversions, and achieve campaign goals.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify digital marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximum exposure across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful and integrated marketing campaigns.


Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels is crucial, includes search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, mobile marketing, and display advertising.
  • Effective project management skills in order to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other digital marketing tools is beneficial.
  • Have a strong foundation in marketing principles and strategies as understanding target audiences, market research, branding, positioning, and marketing analytics.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset to interpret marketing data, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions based on insights.
  • Able to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies as involves setting goals, identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate channels, creating compelling content, and measuring results.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that stand out in a competitive digital landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication in collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and effectively communicating marketing strategies and results.
