Dietitian / Health Coach (English and Indonesian Languages)

Responsibilities

·Stay up-to-date with the latest health trends and research findings on chronic disease (Ex: diabetes, hypertension, CKD, respiratory conditions, etc.) education and management to leverage proven digital therapeutics techniques to enhance program engagement and outcomes.

·Conduct Health Assessments with a thorough analysis of a user's health status, including their medical history, lifestyle habits, and current health conditions, using the app's health assessment tools.

·Develop Personalized Health Plans based on the user's health assessment results within the app. This may involve recommendations for dietary changes, exercise routines, stress management techniques and other lifestyle as well as behavior modification techniques

·Responsible for providing ongoing guidance and support to app users as they work towards their health goals via outbound calls and chats within the aligned quality framework

·Customize the user experience to each individual user based on their needs, preferences, and progress, using the app's personalization and customization features.

·Conduct Feedback Surveys from app users on their experience with the program and use this feedback to improve the app's features and program content.

·Ensure inviolable commitment to data privacy and confidentiality of users' health information and other data, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and app-specific privacy policies.

·Encourage and motivate users to use the app regularly and adhere to their health plans, through app notifications and incentives.

·Analyse user data to track progress and identify areas for improvement, using the app's data analytics tools.

·Provide technical support to users who experience technical difficulties or issues with the app and redirect them to the appropriate channel for troubleshooting.

·Responsible for maintaining accurate records of user interactions, health plans, progress towards health goals, and other relevant data in the CRM. along with daily tasks and ad hoc responsibilities.

·Successful Patient query handling and baseline counselling along with retaining a user on the program

·AE/ADR capturing, reporting and management basis client requirement

·Share user experience and handling best practices within the team

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and telehealth practices is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
