Job description

  • Communicate with our customer on Whatsapp
  • Problem solving
  • Handling order on our marketplace account (TikTok Shop, Shopee and Tokopedia)
  • Report customer behavior monthly to the superior
  • Handling complain
  • Make sure customer interactions with the brand are positive and leave them satisfied
  • Upselling
  • Coordinate with warehouse manager for handling the orders
  • Assist our customer with their needs
  • Engage with our customer through our marketing channel (web, social media comments and DM's, email)
