Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.
  • Handle client’s problems regarding the technical aspects of the product.
  • Provide guidance to enhance client’s product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support & Customer Success to handle occurring issues from client’s product usage.

Requirement :

  • 2years of experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption and retention
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin
  • S1 graduate from all majors
  • Preferably have experience in Corporate Banking
  • Enjoy working with clients and thrive in customer satisfaction and loyalty
