This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Representative located in Semarang. The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers. The Customer Relations Representative also works closely with other teams to improve products and services based on customer feedback.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or related field
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
