Currently Valdo Inc. is hiring Creators Administrator for our client from E-Commerce.
Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to maintain relationships with customer
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Good communication skills and enthusiast talking with people
• Highly initiative and details oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What you'll do (Key Responsibilities):
• Handle administration process for the allowance carried out by each member of the Offline Media team
• Handle administration process for all purchases made through the social media team such as buying gifts for Giveaway, buying advertising spots on social media
• Recap the results of daily expenses that occur offline media
