Responsibilities

Responsible for checking the entire process of implementation, administration, and reports on margin data and branch compliance reports in regional operations.

• Ensuring the provision of Standard Costing and OPEX budgets in the SAP/ERP system
• Supervise branches related to the realization of costs vs the budget that has been set by management.
• Support Command Center data
• Analyzing branch performance including operational metrics and creating a list of questions for anomalies that occur
• Provide monthly performance report data for management
• Supervise the controller department, including structural design.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 yrs in Supervisor position / experience in finance min. 5 yrs
• Mastering related to financial analysis
• Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy
• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP is preferred
• Able to use digital technology such as G Suite, Web Browser, and others
• Proficient in operating Ms. Excel/ OpenOffice Calc
• Have the ability to read statistical data
• Having leadership with strategic thinking, problem solving and being able to mobilize, direct, manage change and risk, involve and able to develop members of the organization/team
• Have the ability to analyze company financial data
• Cost controlling & financial strategy
