Jobs Description:

We’re looking for a Social & Social Media Manager to join our team and support our clients day-to-day.You'll be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts and content delivery, as well as developing content strategy for our clients. This includes insight generation, strategy development, developing narratives, go-to market plans and creative briefs.

Responsibilities:

• Develops innovative strategies based on data-driven insights and optimises them for continuous growth
• Client relationship management
• Becomes a reliable ally and partner to clients, working collaboratively to further the goals of their brand and business.
• Leading the development and execution of social media strategies
• Social content planning & content calendar management
• Assumes a leadership role, ensuring the highest possible standards of quality across all strategic and creative outputs
• Performance management & reporting
• Influencer/KOL outreach & collaboration
• Content creation including graphic design,simple video editing, and copywriting.

Who you are:

• A natural flair for creating simple, effective creative with tools like Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong communication and account servicing skills, and someone we can rely on to get the job done.
• Quick thinking and a sense of urgency!
• A gun copywriter with an ability to adjust their style to various brand tones.
• A social media obsessed and strategy-led mindset.
• You know how to use the platform’s insights function/tools to track the performance of your content, learn from it and adjust accordingly.
• Proven capability in content creation and integrated campaign storytelling.

What you’ve done:

• Hands-on account management experience with the major social media platforms,especially Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn (TikTok & Youtube are nice-to-have)
• Experienced atworking directly with Clients, knowing how to take briefs, manage project scope and delivery to timelines.
• Past experience in a similar role, preferably agency background
• A working knowledge of graphic design concepts & tools (Canva is acceptable).
• A track record of incredible social content (a portfolio of past work would be an advantage) that demonstrates an ability to write compelling copy and develop strong concepts.
