Lingua Learn is a Global Language School with Hubs in Europe, Middle East and Asia, we seek an experienced Marketing and Social Media Manager with the experience and skills listed below.

The successful candidate will be required to meet weekly in Bali with our management team so it is essential you live in Bali

Experience required

All social media platforms including Linkedin

Google Analytics, Adds and Workspace

Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Operations

KOL collaboration experience

Advanced experience in suing Canva

Mailshot and Whats app broadcast experience

English level is required to be at a minimum professional level

Experience in overseeing a team

Experience delivering training would be a distinct advantage

Job Tasks

1 Oversee daily task updates from the team, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

2 Conduct research to identify niche content for social media platforms, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

3 Develop a comprehensive social media "Editorial Plan" spreadsheet to guide content creation and scheduling.

4 Design, edit, and post engaging photo and video content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms.

5 Monitor daily social media traffic, including engagement metrics and user feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

6 Manage Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns

7 Create captivating article titles for the UAE and Asia websites to attract target audiences (SEO Optimation).

8 Doing research and collaborate with KOL (if necessary) to increase brand awareness to the target audience

9 Create contents to optimise Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok reach for the target audience

10 Establish teacher profiles documents

11 Coordinate with the Franchise Manager to facilitate the onboarding process for new Lingua Learn franchisees.

12 Customize translation documents, create draft flyers, update website footers, personalize website banners, and set up Canva and Gmail accounts for franchisees.

13 Assist in creating the Facebook business pages and Instagram accounts for each franchise.

14 Establish and maintain an organized file management system, including creating an "All files folder" in each franchisee's Google Drive

15 Conduct franchise training sessions for the social media department, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring consistent branding.

16 Ensure the quality control of website content (Website banners, flyers, PDF files, Payment links, & social media links) during the franchise setup process, reviewing and editing as necessary.

17 Manage the Qontak database list, updating and maintaining accurate contact information.

18 Execute Qontak WhatsApp broadcasts to Lingua Learn WhatsApp database
