Social Media & Content Creator

HR Consultancy in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creator (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
-Handle social media community management such as communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner as well as monitoring customers' reviews
-Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved objectives
-Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
-Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
-Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
-Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement
-Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
Requirements:
-Indonesian citizen
-Proficient in written and verbal English communication
-Proven experience working as a Social Media & Content Creator or in a similar role
-Knowledge of Google SEO and Google Ads would be a plus
-Has a graphic design background would be a plus
-Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
-Positive attitude, detail, customer-oriented and fast learner
-Possess a creative mind to create engaging content
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
