4. Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strategic partnerships with environmental organizations, government agencies, research institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to collaborate on carbon capture initiatives. Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and public events to raise awareness and build a strong network.
5. Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities related to nature-based carbon capture, such as carbon offset markets, corporate sustainability programs, and government initiatives. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and secure project funding.
6. Team Building and Management: Recruit, hire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, project managers, and other professionals. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to maximize the team's potential.

Qualifications:
