- Ordering green coffee inventory with the preferred green bean suppliers
- Creating and optimising roasting profiles
- Assist with creating new recipes and blends of coffee if required
- Roasting and fulfilling coffee orders
- De-stoning roasted coffee
- Assist with bagging & sealing roasted coffee
- Sample roasting & cupping new coffees
- Assist with delivering coffee orders
- Assist with placing/receiving product orders
- Organize and maintain the roastery
- Organize and maintain the green bean stock
- Clean, protect and maintain all equipment
