Civil Supervisor (Bali) - Real Estate Contractor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Building Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. As the Engineering Project Building Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards. Your expertise in engineering principles, construction methods, and project management will be essential in ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Review and evaluate project designs, blueprints, and engineering drawings to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures, promoting a culture of safety among all project team members.
• Prepare and update project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, and construction schedules.
• Investigate and address any safety incidents or accidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify any deviations from plans, and take corrective actions as needed.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Engineering Supervisor, or similar role in the construction industry.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
